Misconception Surah 82 · Ayah 13

Sex life of women in Paradise

Sex life of women in Paradise

Question
We know that in Paradise the good believing "men" will enjoy with women "al-Hour al-ain". What about the good believing "women", will they enjoy with many men in Paradise? Why do we only read about how men will have sex life and we don't read the same thing for women?
Answer

Praise be to Allah.

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the World; and may His blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad and upon all his Family and Companions.

In Paradise, a woman gets pleasure only from one man just as a man takes pleasure in wives. So, there is no single wife in Paradise. Allah's Messenger (Sallallahu Alaihi wa Sallam) said: "There are no single people in Paradise" . [Reported by Imam Muslim ]
Ibn Manzoor said in Lisan al-Arab Lexicon: 'The unmarried are those men and women who have no spouse'.
Allah Says (interpretation of meaning): {Verily, We have created them (maidens) of special creation. And made them virgins. Loving (their husbands only), equal in age.} [56:35-37].
This means that Allah, The Great and Almighty, will recreate the old women of the present life whose eyes with white secretion and make them virgin and full of love for their mates. In other words, they become virgin, undefiled and full of love after they were deflowered, widowed and divorced. They show love, sweetness and elegance to their mates.
But, Allah, The Great and Almighty, honors man since He gave him women from this life and others from the Hereafter, i.e. Houris: damsels with large and black eyes. This, in fact, is a Divine favor; He gives to whom He likes. Anyway, Allah will grant all women and men in Paradise what they like. He Says: {…(there will be) therein all that the one's inner-selves could desire, all that the eyes could delight in, and you will abide therein forever.} [43: 71].
Here, it is suitable to refute equivocal what some people think and which are used to arousing it when they hear the above-mentioned verse. They say: 'This verse indicates that if a woman likes to have sex with another except her husband, Allah will help her to do so. We reply: 'It is not possible to find a woman (in Paradise) who likes to have sex with other than her husband'.
The following verse support, such an opinion:{Wherein both will be those (maidens) restraining their glances upon their husbands…} [55:56].
Ibn 'Abbas and others said: 'This verse means that women in Paradise lower their gaze except towards their husband. They do not see better than their husbands in Paradise' .
Allah knows best.
